Why I Prefer The Melitta Pod Coffee Maker
Being a coffee lover, I tend to drink one cup of coffee upon waking up in the morning and another cup if I’m feeling sleepy later on in the day. I’ve always brewed my coffee using an automatic drip machine and have owned at least 2 or 3 over the years. The first one suddenly gave up on me so I have been relying on a newer one I bought three years ago from a local retailer. Although my current coffee maker has no problem churning out pot after pot of mediocre coffee, I’ve never been fully satisfied with it. There are some issues with it that I just can’t ignore any longer. First, I have been frustrated with the numerous steps that are required just to receive a cup of coffee. The thing I dreaded the most was grinding coffee beans using a clunky grinder. Secondly, the coffee machine has always been unpredictable in terms of the coffee it produced. I could have great coffee one day and bitter-tasting coffee the next. I could never seem to get consistent results. Luckily, I don’t have to deal with these problems anymore since purchasing a Melitta pod coffee maker.
Pod coffee makers work by placing an individually sealed “pod” of coffee into the machine. A press of a button produces a single cup of coffee in about a minute. So far, I’m really satisfied with the results. There are a lot of things I like about this type of brewer. For one, I can brew fresh coffee one cup at a time, which means that I no longer have to brew an entire pot of coffee for myself. Also, I don’t need to put much thought into the brewing process since the machine takes care of how much coffee or water to use. I also like the fact that I can drink a variety of Melitta coffee pod flavors rather than just one type of coffee. This means that I am not likely to get bored with what I am drinking each day. If I don’t want Hazelnut one day, I can just go with Columbian or French Roast.
The bottom line is that if you want coffee with just the push of a button, a Melitta pod coffee maker will be able to provide you with the convenience and performance that you need.
